Dark Project Live and Exclusive on 94.3 Radio One!

Dark Project will go Live on Bengaluru's own 94.3 Radio One on 6th May, Sunday between 9-10 PM. What we can tell you right now is that, it's probably going to give you an insight to the band that you have never known. And o by the way, the 2 lac listeners of the One Bengaluru One show - get ready to listen to some of our songs that'll span across all our albums.

A Small Break to Compose!

Hello Folks, been a month since we had an update on this page, Apologies. You have been swarming in your questions that briefly ask: Where did we all go?

Here's the answer: We are right here in Bangalore. After packing our bags from Hyderabad, we decided to take a break for a couple of months to compose our new offering. As you see above that it's all wired up right now as we approach completion of structures for our next album. It's still a long way to go there.

Dates? We promise to keep you posted on that. Just to add a little punch to what we do know now is that this Dark Project album would be a relatively heavier record and O-BTW-EVERY-SONG-MIGHT-JUST-BE-CONNECTED. We will see you soon at a venue near you. Till then - "All we need is just a little patience"!

Dark Project Live at Hard Rock Cafe Hyderabad, 23rd February.

Come home to Hard Rock Cafe Hyderabad on the 23rd of February to watch Dark Project pay a tribute to probably the last classic/glam rock band of our times - G'n'R.

Watch us perform some of the all time hits by Guns n Roses, along with the Dark Project Originals.

So if you are in Hyderabad, we would want to see you there sharp at 8 PM.

Dark Project Live at the Hard Rock Cafe, Bengaluru on the 26th of Jan (U2 Tribute show)

U2 is one of the best bands this world has seen till date, playing music for over 3 decades now. Dark Project will accept the honor to pay tribute to them on the 26th of January at the Hard Rock Cafe, Bengaluru.

Also, watch out for some of DP's assorted original work in between the U2 greatest hits. So if you are a U2 fan, drop over to the Hard Rock Cafe, Bengaluru with your family and friends!!

Dark Project January Roster.

Dark Project would like to wish you a Happy New Year 2012.
At the DP HQ, we are busy finalizing our rosters for the first quarter of 2012. There are numerous plans in the making and if we could just let it out all to you guys - then get ready to witness DP in some of the big shows this year. Also, we have a handful of compositions that we would want to turn up the volumes to. The January roster looks like this at the moment:

7th of January - Herbs & Spice, Indiranagar. 8 PM onwards. Entry Free.
26th of January - Hard Rock Cafe, Bangalore. U2 Tribute Show. Cover Charges Apply.

A Short story and a plethora of gigs!

April 2011: Status of the band, well not so great. A hiatus for 2 years - how long can the faith feed. A butterfly effect moment, a spark and a determination to move things around. A decision to do it all over again, right from 0. Rub off all the cracks of the past and not mend anything but build from scratch.

July 2011: Two singles come out on limited release - Tale of the Liars and Magic. Rave reviews all around - esp from music lovers who thought that this band has more to offer than just these 2 songs.

August 2011: Preps went on full swing for a grand comeback with the backs against the wall. 5 believers made to think by 1 Manager.

September 2011: Faith instilled, geared up for shows. Hits a venue in Bangalore.

October 2011: Preps to grow stronger. Not letting a note slip. To become stronger, BIGGER, BETTER.

November 2011: Gigs Line up:

12th November - The Kyra Theaters Bangalore.

13th November - The Legends of Rock, Bangalore.

16th November - Hard Rock Cafe, Bangalore (I-Rock South Zone finals)

19th November - The Kyra Theaters Bangalore (W.O.R.M.E fest South Zone finals)

25th November - Strawberry Fields, NLS, Bangalore.

We have not only decided to break our shells but we have decided to fly at the same time.

Reign over time is all we fight for, and for us - it's just the beginning!

Dark Project in Independence Rock Zonal Finals

We have been short listed to play in the South India zonals of the MTS Independence Rock XXVI. The event is scheduled to be held at Hard Rock Cafe, Bangalore on 16th November, 2011 from 7:30 PM.
